Payment
Devour Candles accepts payments via PayPal or Stripe.
Prior to finalizing an order ensure the shipping address and name is correct.
Sales Tax
NYS sales tax is charged to any order shipping in NYS.
Returns
All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products, used products are unable to be returned, exchanged or refunded. The recipient is responsible to shipping costs on returned items.
Exchanges
A candle can be exchanged for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days. 
Damages
In the event a candle is damaged during shipment we will gladly replace the item or provide a refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Photographic proof must be sent in order to have item replaced or refunded. 
Shipping Methods
We ship domestic orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. All orders ship 1-3 business days after an order has been placed and payment is approved.
 *Please note that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses provided or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update. If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost to reship is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
